Abstract¶
Quick demonstration of the CC (contract management) upload by email feature. Shows how to enable email upload, configure destination folders, set security restrictions (allowed senders, accepted file types), and demonstrates the actual upload process with approximately one-minute processing time.
Key Procedures¶
- Navigate to repository settings
- Enable "Upload by Email" feature
- Enable "Send by Email" option
- Select destination folder for uploaded files
- Configure folder creation options (per email or per attachment)
- Set security: allowed email addresses/domains
- Set security: accepted file extensions
- Copy unique email address for uploads
- Send email with attachments to unique address
- Verify files appear in destination folder (~1 minute)
