Abstract

UAT preparation session for Salesforce migration. Team selects 25+ test users with extensive membership history (NP, student, postmaster types) by querying subscription counts. Discovers merged accounts causing duplicate subscriptions dating back to 2000. Creates right rev order batches for specific test cases, identifies orders already in Salesforce vs needing import, and establishes process for verifying order status (draft, pending, activated).
