Quick training tip explaining a key behavioral difference between Salesforce and Aptify membership handling. In Aptify, member type changed to "former member" when membership expired. In Salesforce, member type stays the same (e.g., "NP member") even after expiration - the membership status field (active, expired, within grace, never member) indicates current state. For reports, use "is member" checkbox or membership status field rather than member type alone.
