Abstract¶
Video walkthrough demonstrating My Account page sections with a fully-privileged test account. Shows auto-renewal payment update modal, PAC quarterly/monthly recurring contributions as separate payment methods, CE data sharing opt-in with certification board, address management with home/work selection, phone number formatting, NP Finder worksite creation with geocoding verification, order history and receipt sending, invoice payment for multiple orders, communities listing, fellow profile management with photo upload, and role-based sections for board members, state liaisons, and NPO resources.
Key Procedures¶
- Auto-renewal: View scheduled date, click edit card to update payment method
- PAC contribution: Separate recurring payment from membership auto-renewal
- CE data sharing: Click opt-in, accept terms, flag stored with version number
- Address update: Select home or work, enter details, sets preferred address
- Phone: Choose country code, enter number (stored in 3 separate fields in Aptify)
- NP Finder: Add up to 3 practice sites, geocoding validates address for map display
- Order history: View past orders, send receipts to any email address
- Downloads: View purchased PDFs (no expiration going forward)
- Invoice payment: Select multiple unpaid invoices, pay with single card entry
- Fellow profile: Additional sections for bio, expertise, photo upload
