Abstract¶

Detailed documentation walkthrough of the My Account page for I2C Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation. Systematically covers each section categorizing features as internal actions (requiring Salesforce build) or external links (static URLs). Covers auto-renewal payment updates, continuous membership, CE data sharing agreement with certification board (requiring new fields), NP Finder worksites, order history, invoice payments, communities, events, and role-based sections for fellows, board members, state liaisons, and NPO contacts.

• Auto-renewal: Click bill-to link to update payment via zero-dollar BluePay verification
