Abstract¶
Tutorial walkthrough for applicants on how to create and complete a submission in Fluid Review (SurveyMonkey Apply). Demonstrates the login process, creating a new submission, completing tasks, viewing completed forms as PDFs, and how new tasks (planner list, faculty list) appear as earlier tasks are completed.
Key Procedures¶
- Navigate to application page and login
- Reset password if forgotten or create new account
- Create new submission with a name
- Complete tasks in sequence on summary page
- View completed forms as downloadable PDFs
- Edit or delete completed tasks as needed
- Submit when all tasks show as complete
