Abstract¶
Overview of the Salesforce person account view layout for membership staff. Shows the color-coded banner indicating membership status (active, grace period, former), key fields visible at a glance (member type, dues paid through, auto renewal, fellow status), duplicate detection notification with link to potential matches, and custom A&P-specific field sections. Requests staff feedback on which fields should appear in the summary section for efficient member service.
