Abstract¶

Shows the I2C-provided profile/permission spreadsheet, navigating to Setup > Users to verify profile, then using Permission Sets > Manage Assignments to remove user from one set and add to another. Notes that AANP custom permission sets are prefixed to appear at top of list.
Key Procedures¶

- Navigate to Setup via gear icon
- Search for "users" and locate test user
- Verify profile is set to Standard User (most roles use this)
- Go to Permission Sets section
- Find previous permission set, click Manage Assignments, remove user
- Find new permission set, click Manage Assignments, Add Assignment
- Search for user and assign (skip expiration date for testing)
- Have user log out and back in to apply changes
