Abstract¶
Continuation of renewal reminder troubleshooting. Demonstrates the complete fix process: editing Aptify views to exclude already-sent IDs using SQL, inactivating message templates that already ran, and manually executing the send renewal notices process flow from Framework. Includes knowledge transfer for handling future interruptions.

- Access views from A&P Views in Aptify (separate login)
- Navigate to Subscription Management for message schedules
- Edit view SQL to exclude specific subscriber IDs using "not in" clause
- Inactivate message templates that already sent (60, 120, 40 day)
- Open Framework to access process flows
- Run Send Renewal Notices process flow (ID 226)
- Remove exclusion SQL and reactivate templates after completion
