- Purchase SPG from product catalog (off-cycle, pro-rated)
- Add SPGs during join/renew process (full price, aligns with membership)
- Access communities via My Communities on account.amp.org
- SSO login to Higher Logic communities
- View discussions, library, and member lists

- 0:01:23 "Normally we see one or two SPGs per member, but we've seen... multiples of $200 per year"
- 0:02:27 "Once it's added into the cart, the pro-ration occurs. Here it's saying that almost a full six months has passed... We're going to prorate it to $10"

- 0:03:87 "Once the payment is made, they will be able to access the forum. They will get a welcome email from Higher Logic"
- 0:05:09 "Network for Research, it's just another community. It's just a free community"
