Abstract¶
Documents the resolution process for Board Effect SSO issues that occur when staff create board member accounts before the user logs in via SSO. The fix requires deleting the pre-created user in Board Effect and having them log in through SSO to auto-create. Also covers SAML SSO provider configuration with web group restrictions and notes this process won't work post-Salesforce migration.
